The original “Roots” 6- Panel Snapback, made of 100% Cotton twill with a Satin interior. The exterior is made with Black embroidery on top of Gray panels and a black snap. The front panels have the original hand-drawn “Roots” script in puff/3D embroidery. The left panel has the brand standard Kava Roots “K” logo, while the right panel has the Tanoa and apu logo.
The brim and interior bucket, as always is a digital painting by Stephen Koa Kakaio of a Samoan Vaʻa coasting towards in a retro-color themed sunset.
Everything from the Art, graphics, woven labels, hang tags and sticker were custom designed bye the artist on the island of Molokai. These are limited to 100 pieces only and will not be made again.
